Download the app from the Playstore Click Here
Create a new account by providing your First name, Last name, Mobile Number, Email, Password, Gender, DOB
Check your email inbox to find the verification email with the activation link. Click the activation link to verify your email
Once you clicked on the link, it will redirect you to the Play Store or App Store
Click the download button to download the app from Play Store or App Store
Use the registered email and password to log in
Step 1: Connect your MouthCAM device to your smart device (Use Type C/ micro USB for mobiles, use USB for laptops/ computer systems)
Step 1.1 In case if you are connecting your device with micro USB, pull down the pin as shown in the image below
Step 2: After logging into the app, tap the capture button
Step 3: Choose a user profile to enable the image/ video recording to save captured images/ videos under the particular user profile
Step 3.1: To add a new user, tap the ‘add user’ button
Step 3.2: After adding the details of the new user, tap the ‘add user’ button
Step 3.3: Choose the users to capture the oral image/ video
Step 4: Make sure MouthCAM is connected by checking the device lights
Step 5: After connecting the device, the ‘Wired USB camera’ option will be available on the list
Step 6: Click on ‘Next’ and start capturing images/ videos. Single/ double tapping the device starts and stops the capturing of image/ video
Tips: You can also use the button in the MouthCAM device to capture images (single press)/videos (double press) to start or stop the video capturing.
Step 7: You can find the captured images/ videos on the ‘Local gallery’ in the dashboard
Step 8: You can find all the captured images/ videos here at the Local gallery
Step 9: You can view/ delete the unwanted images/ videos
Note: Your local gallery is at risk of being lost unless you sync your gallery to cloud storage.
Step 1: Enter the Local gallery in the dashboard
Step 2: Tap the ‘Sync now’ in the dialogue box to sync all your images/ videos to cloud storage
Step 3: You can tap ‘Skip for now’ if you wish not to sync images/ videos
Step 4: Once you click on the sync button the images/ videos will start syncing and it will show ‘Syncing in progress
Step 5: Once you sync the items you will get the “The gallery is empty” message in the Local gallery.
Tips: You can also sync the gallery by tapping on ‘All’ on the ‘Selected profile’ available on the Local gallery.
Step 6: Before syncing if you can delete the unwanted images/ videos, long press to select the image/ video
Step 7: If you want to deselect the images/ videos you can tap on the ‘Clear’ button
Step 8: Tap on the online gallery to check the images/ videos reflected from the Local Gallery
Step 9: Tap on All to view the list of user’s profile
Step 10: Tap on the image/ video to share with your dentist
Step 11: Tap to select the image/ video and delete the unwanted ones
Step 12: Tap on Clear to deselect the selected image/ video
Step 1: Enter into the ‘Online gallery’ to access the images/ videos on the cloud storage
Step 2: Long press or select the check box (icon symbol here) on the images/ videos you want to share with the dentist or others
Step 4: Once the files got shared you will receive ‘File(s) shared successfully’
Step 1: You can see the user details where the section displays the name, date of birth, email, mobile number, and gender (if viewing other profiles, you can see the user's relationship with you).
Step 2: Click on view details to view the full user details
Step 3: Use the edit option to edit the details (The main user cannot change the email and where as the main user can edit the user details fully)
Step 4: You can delete the user by tapping on the ‘Delete user’ button
